education & workshops
Alongside her studio practice at Treetops & Trillium Studio, Birgitt is an art educator. She brings the same attention to light, material, and place that shapes her paintings into classrooms, workshops, and community programs.
Whether guiding high school artists toward a first exhibition or talking process with fellow encaustic painters, her teaching emphasizes observation, layered process, and the joy of working with wax and color.
